The first rector of the newly established Ogun State Polytechnic, Ipokia will be announced very soon.
Gov. Ibikunle Amosun disclosed this during an inspection of work ongoing at the site of the polytechnic in Ipokia on Thursday.
Amosun informed that the delay in the announcement of the rector has to do with his desire to have enough structure on ground for the kickoff of the polytechnic.
While expressing his satisfaction with the level of work done, Amosun revealed that no higher institution in Ogun State kicked off with the number of blocks and facilities in Ogun poly.
