I know nothing about Ipokia Igboro deforestation - Olawin

PUBLIC NOTICE

I wish to inform the general public:

1. That I have no knowledge of the deforestation going on at Igboro Ipokia.

2. That no court judgement has transferred any portion of Elemosanyin farm land to the descendants of Omolegbe as their own landed property.

3. That Elemosanyin landed property is a collective responsibility of all members of the family. 

4. That the plaintiff, Fayemi, and the defendant, Adebiyi Agbese, had given confessional evidences during the trial case No 60/1946 in the Ipokia native court that they are citizens of Benin Republic.

5. Names of Elemosanyin family members pleaded during the trial of case No 60/1946 were:
● Ajagbe (father of Olawin)
● Arowolo (father of Osanyintola of Isale)
● Ogundeji (father of Olumosi of ijete, Ipokia) etc

I wish the doubting Thomases and gossips keep shut.
